***NEW WEDNESDAY BLOG!!!***

@jon.kahler is accurately showcasing me on the inside this week... absolutely exhausted and not a lot of space left for being vertical. I have been actively trying not to burn myself out by actually fully resting when I can but some parts of life are just way more hectic than others it seems! 💚💪🌱

I will let you all know now because I can't tell you on Wednesday blog day, but Wednesday will actually be my last day active on LC for a couple of weeks because Todd and I are taking some time off to get married and go on a covid safe honeymoon. (Australia is extremely low on cases and there's none at all in my state rn) During this time, if you need to connect with other LCs independently, check out the website (in bio) for all kinds of services and opportunities to collab. When I get back at the end of March, blogs will resume as well as season two of the How to Conserve Conservationists podcast which is all about the LCS and their stories :) I look forward to coming back with a vengeance, but until then, let's enjoy our last three days together 💚🌱💪

This week I realised that it's okay to make time for myself amongst a stressful week. A little sleep in here, some wine and chocolates there...it's important to look after yourself in the hard times so you don't eventually get sick, burnt out and run down. A little TLC goes a long way! 🌱💚💪

I'm interested to know if any of you still dabble in anything you did to explore nature as a child...like still play mud pies, still build treehouses or still play hide and seek amongst the trees? I'm curious to see how and if our childhood lives on in us!
